Christmas at this hotel was fantastic! The facilities are first-rate and everything was top-notch. The location couldn't be more perfect and I loved being able to easily access the beach. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary wifi and free breakfast every morning.

The only downside to my stay was the food. I found the menu to be a bit limited and the quality of the dishes was not what I expected.

No complaints, we would love to come back when in Phu Quoc. There was free parking. It was 9 mins drive to the airport: D

Easy to get to the Phu Quoc Museum and close to Long Beach 🏖️. I'd come back for that alone.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the housekeeping staff coming in every day to clean and change the bed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with easy access to the beach and a pool for relaxation. The location was perfect, with beautiful ocean views from our room. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Trinh Nguyen at the restaurant. Natalia, the Front desk Manager, provided excellent assistance and truly cared for our needs. We also appreciated the complimentary transfers from/to the airport, making our stay even more convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

The villa's were very comfortable, quiet, well set up. Beautiful setting in villa gardens. Tennis courts and archery very good. . Staff excellent. Used the spa for massages numerous times, beach area good.

Had booked a triple room as had three, very tall teenagers, initially given room with double bed and single bed, which was changed reasonably quickly, but three single beds squeezed into a small area. We were told we would have suitable, comfortable sleeping for 3 teens, very cramped for 10 days.
